I am not allowded to talk to the customer care exicutives as some of my complaints are in pending

Sir. From my airtel number 9746191943 i am not allowded to talk to the customer care exicutives as some of my complaints are in pending. I was having a plan of 100 sms free after sending 1 sms in a day. From past 9 days they were charging me for all the message i am sending. From the 1st day itself they are asking 24 hrs to solve the problem there after when i am calling customer call is getting disconnected. Now its 9th day. really its an ignorance.
