Non-working of airtel sim 9997261462

Dear Sir,

a month back i v registered the same complaint, after that the sim started, again this has closed without any information which is very surprising, what they do if any requirement is there, they cann't tell to the user. Airtel personnel tells talk to the dealer, dealer does not listen, all the formalities have been completed before taking the sim. If they cann't continue plz let us know we can change the sim, this type of attitude is very cheap. If we dial the nos from that sim the message comes that no does not exist, user is in probelm what happened to my relatives/friends. If we dial this no. the message comes this no. is not in use. I m unable to understand why the wrong messages are displayng this type of company.
