I have activated gprs on my mobile throw net on phone (NOP), On 22th October. Before activating this service i made a call to 121 & get information of (NOP) but they didn't iform about there downloadig limitation, they only told that we have unlimited downloading & browsing in Rs.5/- rental. I have launch a complaint for not activating google maps on my mobile & not downloading videos & songs too. Then after they cant solved my problem. Today I made a call to 12118 then they told me that (NOP) dose not support any map application & throw (NOP) downloadig over 2mb is not prowided. So my complaint is why they didn't provid every information on my first interactio & who will be responsible for my inconvience?
