Wanton removal of money from card

Sir I am a prepaid card user. Every time I recharge my card Rs20/- is cut from my amout citing various excuses Cricket sms. Airtel radio etc. This is done every time I have a balance of Rs20/-Will thid day light robbery stop. I have not authorised any one to take money like this Let me know how many times I must approach the customer care. The number which has been victimizing me is 5432131020.Will the company guys approach this guy and ask him to refund all the unwarranted removal of money from my card as various charges.
