Dicontinued the services 4 months back still recebing the bills

I discountinued with the airtel services in july since I had to move out of Bangalore and every month I get airtel bills with 0 usage and interest charged on the rent amount.

Despite e-mailing to them like a thosand times and getting acknoledgements theres is nothing taht is being done plus now I have started getting emails from the credit recovery team to pay the bilss else some action will be intiated. I have all their communications confirming that my services have been discontnued. I fail to understand why I am still getting these bills.
