Un subscribe friends chat

I accidentally subscribed air tel friends chat thing and now they taking 30 rupees per month which of no use to me. As i wanted to unsubscribe it but i couldn't do it by doing it through messaging to 121. While to subscribe things getting done within seconds but not when we wanna un subscribe it as we get all the network or some technical problems
