Deduction of charges

Dear Sir,

I am Mr. Amit K. Shetye. I have 6-airtel nos. & 2-friend's no. Mr. Nagesh M. Khopatkar & Mr. Satish M. khopatkar viz;9004954028, 9004954017, 9004954019, 9004954703, 9004954719, 9004953891, 9867230411, 9867806401.

Complaint no.1) Deduction of charges of services that we have not activated.

Complaint no.2) Deduction of rupee per day without any information and reason.

Also they are not accepting that fault is from their side only and directly blaming to me. I had gone in their Lower parel PENINSULA branch last month to register the complaints. But Customer care Executive didn't talked properly. He gave me only 10Rs. refund but actually charges cut more than that. Not telling reason behind this. I replied them I can make mistake but many people came here for the same complaints. So I want proper reason and refund of all my charges was cut. Stop daily deduction. No other companies do like this. Also this AIRTEL network is fully faltu... Please do the needful.
