Harrasment/Verbal Abuse by AIRTEL Collection Agent for Collection of Dues for my old Airtel No.0120-4236718

This is to inform, that one of the RECOVERY AGENT (APARENTLY A GOON) named rakesh Called me and my family many times yesterday and today (18.11.2009) at around 17.19 hrs from a No. (01142171801) using abusing Language and threatened me of DIRE CONSEQUENCES, if i do not pay the dues of My old Airtel No. (01204236718), which i have requested to disconnect in the month of July after i cleared my dues at that time and also informed them in AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE (121).
