Subscription without my consent

I have been in Air tel prepaid plan for the past six months. I had been charged Rs.25 on 19 November without any notice. I didn't subscribe to any of the offers by Air tel. With no reason all of the sudden i had been charged Rs.25. I would request Air tel to refund my money back.
