Personal details given out by Airtel staff

We are having a serious issue regarding the privacy of our account, we hold this account with Airtel since October we started getting missed calls and messages from two unknown numbers 9845855784, 9019112263, because of which we have changed the mobile number, now we got a message once again from one more unknown number 9945122231, we have nt given the new mobile number to any outsider yet, I am sure our personal details are going out to an external person through Airtel staff, this the last thing I ever expected from Airtel, can someone help us regarding this.
