Deactivation of My Favorites service

We are facing a Problem With Airtel Customer Care service for about Last six month’s My Name is Mr. Jaskaran Singh and My Airtel Prepaid Mobile No. Is [ 919878372068] By mistake I have activated My Favorites service, {RADIO} and am being charged Rs 10 for ten day’s and two songs, we had immediately then deactivated this service, but even after that Rs.10 for ten days are being deducted for the above scheme,

Now for the last six-month s I am trying my level best to deactivate and solve the above problem. But all in vein, for this purpose we contacted so many times your Airtel Customer Care officer but without any Response for this problem, & we also went to the Local Airtel Customer Care office but got no Response from there as well,

Please deactivate My Favorites service, {RADIO} and return my last six Month Deductions for the above scheme, I shall be thankful to you.
