Airtel
IMEI number invalidity

Hi,

I am having a motorola Z6 phone bought during March. My IMEI number is 355556010303735. When i called customer care.. they are not sure of what to do and even if we try to explain them, they just say go to registration centre or hang up.

I also talked to the registration centre fellows on phone and enquired, they clearly mentioned that the registration is only for korean/chinese phones and not for branded phones like Motorola.

They are able to understand the problem but not the airtel customer care.

Request Airtel to look into this very matter ASAP, since it is very serious.
