I am an Airtel pre-paid customer having mobile no. 09967778721. I had never opted for any service, yet I am regularly receiving cricket score updates. Furthermore, Airtel has deducted about Rs. 150 from my balance in a period when I made no calls, and is continuing to do so even now. Please do the needful at your earliest.
