Very worst service from airtel

I ve called up many times tat i am not able to call customer care from my number 9894832444 (tamil nadu) to customer care from my number, a TL named selva kumar answered and said we cant do anything for tat even though i am telling tat i am calling from other network and i am getting charged for that cal, this how the customer service from airtel is very poor, pls anyone who think to take airtel service pls, dont go to airtel instead go to some other networks really those guys provide atleast response to you so i suggest all not to go to airtel.
