Automatic balance reduced

My Mother Airtel Prepaid card no 09680232424 in Rajasthan. I recharged this no with Rs 200/- in mid of Oct'09. My mother is with me in Gujarat since 01.11.2009. There is no incoming/Outgoing call made from this date and that day balance was arround Rs 150/-.

Sorry to say, Now balance is showing only 0.73 Rs. I am very shocked to see this balance as I am 100% confident that no call were made since 01.11.2009. My mother has informed me earlier that this was happened earlier also.

This was a great cheating with a senior citizen who can not enroll this type of complained to any platform as she is alone in Rajasthan.

Pl. give me the reason why it is happening.
