My Connection Account No.is 148657, connection being in the name of Mrs. Suprabha Sahai. I have paid a sum of Rs.1100 as of 3rd September, but my connection still remains disconnected. Also, on my repeated enquiry, they suggested I pay installation charges, and I have given a sum of Rs. 400 on 14th November'09, However, the person in concern, some Mr. Shivpal is now conveniently ignoring my phonecalls, and I am unable to contact anyone at Airtel.

Please disconnect this connection with imeediate effect.
