Ill after stop service

HI

I have raised the request for stoping the service of my old no 9971092174 & paid full payment at 2nd nov to airtel repersentative & he has recived this request & provided me the phoyo copy . but still I am getting the bill for the same.

I have called to airtel customer services but they are saying the service of this no is still runing . i have send the scan copy of the stop service request application but there is no action.

please help me in this regards.
