Airtel service is getting poor day by day

Airtel service is is getting very poor day by day. They cut the money from my balance without any cause.then after they are showing excuse such that..u have done chat... or call for background music... etc, i m really fadeup with their service.

The Customer Care really don't care about the customer. Perfect parrot in practiced English dictions, a little off-beat question confuses them thoroughly. They put you on hold and ask their supervisor.after long time they left after giving illogical excuse.
