Stop sms, and dedections for those sms

My air tell no is 9600540081, the sms from 54542, is un necessorily comming to me, and for that sms, they deduct rupees one per sms, without my concern, service complaint no 121 is not working, i also sent an sms, to 54542 it is not working, so please stop that sms service.
