IMEI

I have been using the AIRTEL connection for more than 2 years. My number is 9967125276. I have been receiving messages that my phone contains invalid IMEI number and the same should be collected from some registered centres. In fact I went to the centre as directed by the customer care executive. They intimated about the IMEI and send a message to the customer care - 121 and the message was replied back that the number is valid.

All of a sudden this morning onwards, the SIM is not working and it is showing as unregistered SIM.

I dont know what is the issue and why the services has been debarred all of a sudden.
