Outgoing calls have been blocked

I have an airtel prepaid connection and from last 2 days the outgoing calls have been blocked but incoming is there.

as iam doing a part time job in an internetcafe i need to make call urgently but due to this problem i have lost many customer as well as have faced social and financial problem.

i have even submitted my documents before taking sim.
