On 30th of nov 09, I got my sim changes as the previous sim was having some problems. I got it changes from the sector 14 outlet (old delhi road) Gurgaon. As per the strategy of the company they do not change the sim without the ID proof. So I submitted the ID proof and got the sim changed. The sim started working on the same day. But yesterday my sim registration was cancelled. When I contacted the airtel customer service they said that I have not submitted the ID proof. Now because of the fault of their outlet I have to suffer. I am a Dr. and I cannot have this no out of oredr even for one day. So the fault is of them and the sufferer is me. I said them (customer care) that as per the strategy of the company I can not get the new sim witout submission of ID proof, so if I have got it, it itself indicates that I have must have submitted the proof thats why I got the sim. But all in vain because they are like that only.
