Regarding decrease in Validity time

I want to state that I am Rahul Kumar from Ranchi. My Airtel No. is 9934193176.I was took this Sim on 18th of January. I recharged it with the coupon which was having the validity of two years. Suddenly, my validity is decreased to 24th February. How this is possible? On Customer Care no. 121, my calls are not being forwarded to executives. What should i do? Do i need to move to Consumer Form. How can i file the case against this action of Airtel?
