Wronge Deduction

My GPRS service is not active after 19th of January. But a deduction of 11.99 per is going on. Many time i complained about it and I got some refund but not completely and my problem is not going to solved. Still deduction is carry on.

After that my IVR service is also inttrupted and i go for complain 2 days before but i did not get solution.
