Signal probs

I am experiencing the worst signal problem with a network claiming they provide the best coverage through their adds..i have complained about it several noumber of times, even talked with a senior official named Mr.shankar but no improvement... i am fed up with them now..they react very well as if they are looking into it but everything seems to be a good 'act'...now a days even i try to complaint they would come with the answer the system is down..i wonder why their tower not capable to cover the network within one and half kilometre...
