Sim card registration failed

Hello sir,

I am fasil from kerala/kannur (now i am in QATAR), 9995989391 is my airtel mobile number, now registration failed (life time plan, balance Rs:200 above usage between every 6 months) what is the reasen, plz reactive the sim card, i want same number.
