Airtel Data connection not working

Airtel Data card was purchased on June 30. Since, then there are issues with it. Company has accepted the network issue at first but have not given any time frame to resolve it. IT has been 7 months now. Neither they are refunding back Rs 5000 for the data card. After informing about the consumer complaint still no action has been taken. After a month of the purchase of the data card, they said they can manage it to resale it to someone and will fetch only Rs 2500. Without using the data card, they have halfed the price. Then, they ask me to the pay bill also without use. Then, I receive collection calls. They are not calling for any resolution but for collecting the money only. They have tried all troubleshooting and are saying that the issue is a network issue. No relief only harrasement.
