Wrongly charged

I am using airtel card for the purpose of internet connection on my pc and not for any other purpose but i was beeing charged for the hello tune service of the company which i have not activated and when i am telling them to file a complian they are saying no your complain can not be file as it and they are saying that your money can not be return back as well although i have not subcribe for the service
