Negligence and Useless Attitude

The telecom company is called Bharti Airtel who is the cellular service provider, I have been toleratin their attitude for many days but cannot take it any more. These people have been making funof their customers. They dont even care to pick up phone calls of cleints in case it is necessary. They do all sort of mess..they disconnect the phone even when they had not sent the bills... If bill is demanded they simply give the printout on a paper stating that this is your bill... I am going to take legal action against them for the loss that had happened to me due to their disconection without intimation.

And if anyone of you guys are watching me write these line PLEASE SAY NO TO SUCH USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER WHEN YOU HAVE MANY OTHER PROVIDERS IN THE ARES... DOWN DOWN AIRTEL
