Dear Sir,

My brother Maulik Jani, holds prepaid card of your company since last 4/5 years, M. No.9898809425.

There were the first incidence when i had faced a problem in dealing with the services provided by Airtel.

I was use to utilise service of Mobile Office. Lastly i had used this service on 13th of February.

As usual i was just talking with my one of the relative, who stays in foreign.

As routine i had been charged 20 Rs. for the day. Surprisingly i was unfairly charged Rs. 107 for the Day to using Mobile office and that to i was able to utilise it just for 5 hours.

The day when i had started to utilise M Office, balance was Rs.30 and some paise, so as to i do not face any problem i further made a recharge of Rs.60.I had received a massage after half an hour of starting M Office, that i has NIL balance in phone.

In this matter when i had talked to Customer Care Executive, Supervisor Ms. Sonal and Manager Ms. Dipti, on the matter, they had told me that we had register your complaint, and you will receive Sollution within 48 Hrs.

I am highly unsuttisfied with this matter, because till the time i had not received any sollution.

Further Ms. Dipti has suggested me that, if i want continue to use M Office, i must have atleast 1 Rs. balance in the account. Following her instruction i made a coupon recharge of Rs. 10.

After using M office for further 3 Hrs. i got the massage that balance in my account is Rs.-10.

Assume my situation, i was talking with one of the my close relative and i was unable to talk with my relative for 3 Hrs. only.

I must be replied on 9924604623.

If my would not be taken care within 24 hours i have to Complain to TRAI about the matter.
