Eduction of balance and not activated call pack of 33

I made my complaint on 21 feb but my problem is not resolve till now,

after having a recharge of 33 rs isd call rate pack my call rate is not reduced. the customer care executive give me the time but they exceeds more then 48 hours and if i had to make to usa it charging me rs 6.40 instead of 1.99 after having a pack of 33rs for isd calls.

the airtel is not resolving my problem some action should be against themso much harrassment am suffering because of their lack of services.
