Sir/Madam,

Respectfully i have to say that i have never requested for activation of hello tune on my mobile but The airtel had did and also reduced 245 Rs from my balance on dated 24/02.

I have complained on airtel costomer care on 25/02 but not taken proper action. I have again report on 29/02 but not respond.

They have sent a message they have activeted " jaane kahan gaye wo din" by Singer Mukesh, film " Mera naam Joker" but the hello tune on my mobile is something else.

Please take proper action again them & return my waber.
