Hi,

if you wanna see a live eg of "Height of arrogance" just visit the Airtel franchise at Hinjewadi (pune).

...i lost my cell phone after that i filled an FIR and went to the Frenchise for duplicate sim, guess what he said to me???

instead of attanding my issue he said come after 4 -5 hours...

then i said its a bit urgent..pls help, then he said it will take 300-350 Rs, i had already confirmed with Cust-care exec, it is free of cost.so when i asked for explanation...

then u will not belive he said, do what ever you want to, you have to pay.i was shocked to hear.they are worst than criminals, i have decided not to pay, let us see i much time it takes to achive a duplicate sim.
