Request for online password

I am trying to register to the online services.

I have tried to do it twice only to get the message that"You have successfully registered to our services. The password will be sent to the registered mobile number shortly."

However, unfortunately this has never happened. I am still waiting to receive my online password.

I never knew that service of Airtel in Pune is so pathetic.

I would definitely like get an answer to this as well as get my online password so that i can use the online services.
