Roaming customer care is not helping

Hi,

My name is Amit, and my mobile no as 9975320087. currenty i am in jaipur. i just want to know about lifetime recharge as my validity of sim card is over. so plz assist me. and its better that if you send me the sms of recharge denomination, bkz i called up in jaipur customer care where they are not helping me, and actually it is very bad like if your customer is in roaming and they are not getting help from roming customer care ..

So plz help me else my sim will get reject in some days...
