Wrongly debiting 20Rs.from last one yea

This is Sonal Patel from Navsari, Gujarat My mobile number is 09998299509.From last one year Airtel is debited 20Rs monthly for some background music subscription which I hav not subscribed. When I called to your customer care Exe they asked me to call @543214 and wen I called on the given number it worked out but agin from next month the deduction of 20Rs.continued.

Pls if you can stop this do it. I have lost my money because of your poor services and irresponsible as well.

Pls pls help me.
