Unauthorised deduction of Vas Pack 99 without my permission

Deat Sir,

I am a prepaid customer of Airtel since 6 years.

Airtel has debited Rs. 99 from my account in name of Vas pack 99. I never requested for this service nor i know what it is. This is day light robery. We don't keep balance just for Airtel to deduct at their choice. This is cheating. Airtel is a BIG CHEATER & FRAUD. I want my money back.
