Illegal deduction of money from account

My airtel no is 9897667798 and i have over 40 rs in my balance on
8th mar and i connect to intenet which cost Rs 20 for 24hr. but i
found only Rs2 in my account on todays morning.
so plz tell me where the rest money goes.
