Problem with post paid and afetr cahging to prepaid not refuding the excess amount deducted throgh ECS

I was using the aritel postpaid (9872627157) since six/seven years but since last six months there were lot problems lik extra charging and even discconecting of phone giveving the reason that I have not paid the bill whereas it was throgh ECS

I have decided to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid, while chaging it was told me to clear the pending dues of Rs 187 which were paid in cash and my number chaged to prepaid but after two days Rs 481 deducted by airtel from my account throgh ECS which is unjustified

I have written my complaint to airtel at all the lables but no responce even contacated on phone but no positive responce
