I AM A COSTUMER OF AIRTEL CO. & I HAVE BEEN SUFFRING FROM MY ''''CUTOMER CARE'''' SERVICE FOR TWO MONTHS. & SOME DAYS AGO I HAD RECEIVED A SMS. FROM AIRTEL COMPANY TYPED THAT UR CALLER TUNE IS NOW ''' RENEWD & U HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THIRTY RUPEES'''SO AND SO BUT I DID NOT REQUESTED TO AIRTEL COMPANY TO RENEW MY SERVICE BUT NOW MY PROBLEME IS THAT I WANT TO TALK TO A COSTUMER EXCUTIVE OF AIR TEL CO. BUT THEY DEACTIVED MY 121 MEANS COSTUMER EXCUTIVE SERVICE SO THAT WHY I AM REQUSTING THAT PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR ME.
