Debiting my prepaid account

Company has fraudulantly debited my account by falsely stating that some service called VAS PACK99 HAS BEEN ACTIVATED at my request and my account has been charged -no DEBITED DIRECTLY BY RS 99.This is daylight robbery. I never asked for any such service and am left helpless! Is there no control on their innovative ways of looting the customers? SHAME BE ON AIRTEL.
