Unwanted services

I am getting an awful response from airtel. they have activated some services from airtel live on their own and i keep on losing money. without my registering, i started getting jokes from airtel. also, they have themselves put a hello tune to my number for 1 year which i never asked for and deducted 200 rs . i have lost more than 500rs. they tell me to call 121 to deactivate airtel live but that is not working. i am highly pissed by their clumsy handling.

moreover the costumer care executives keep on repeating that i have asked for the services and have downloded from the net which is not the case.
