Over bill

I took a post paid connection from Airtel and was told that I will be charged only Rs:1/min for any STD call. Airtel never send me the bill. For two months they were charging me Rs: 2.40/min for an STD call. They are yet to clear the issue and keep on sending me notice from their lawyers.
