Regarding postpaid to prepaid connection

I had applied for a prepaid connection on the 11th of March from the mobile ARC Ghatkoper (E) Mumbai I have submitted all the necessary documents i.e ID, application and a photo ID received the new sim card No: 89919 20710 12591 8840 on same day but the connection but till this date my no 9867598059 service is not activated saying sim registration failed
