Deactivation of Number

I am Md sartaj my Mobil number was 9818009123 I have submit a requested to deactivate my number on 22 of December in uttam nagar after paying all dues it was Rs.1743. But there is no response from their side. Neither I use that number after 22 of December nor there is any incoming and out going calls on that number. And I don’t know why they are regularly sending me monthly bills.

How many times I have called to customer care but they are not taking action by saying that your number is activate and pay all the dues then this number will be deactivate.

Please help me I have fed up by receiving monthly bills.
