Charged Wrongly

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your notice about the billing done by Airtel and are no 1 contenders in ripping off customers. I am one of the fortunate once that airtel selected me.

I have a connection with the account number 104-101300581 which I have been using this since September To start off I brought this connection under CUG 249 where the Monthly charges should be around 249 wether I use it or not, now to my surprise Airtel has been charging me RS 403.55 as Monthly Charges other call charges.

These people never try to resolve the query nor even make an effort.

Hope my complaint is heard and a call is answered.
