Downloading charges

A sum of Rs.45.60 (RS Forty five & Paisa sixty only) has deducted from my prepaid mobile connection no 9872981222 on dated 04.05.2010 on a/c of downloading charges from my mobile as confirmed from customer care.

I confirm that i have never used intrnet service from my mobile.

This is the second instance that they had debited my a/c without any reason/usage of value added facility. You are requested to arrange to reverse the same.
