Airtel Postpaid to Prepaid Convertion

I had made a request for conversion of my postpaid connection to prepaid in the mid of Jan but even as of today (26 March 08) the connection has not been activated. i have submitted documents twice already and each time i visit Airtel relationship center i am told that the connection will be activated within 2 days. I am extremely frustrated with the incompetence of the said personnel. Please look into the matter.
