My name is Surya Prakash Mishra from Malad (East) Mumbai.

I have Switch My Connectoin on 24th of March from Postpaid to Prepaid. I have clear all the Amounts to Malad Airtel Gallery puchase a new card of same number of 100/Rs. on same day & submitted all the necessary documents. I have visited more then 5 times their. Every time they are giving different excuse.your service will get started today evening from 4 days.

Plz help me out to start my service.
