Is AIRTEL SERVICE REALLY THAT BAD???

I have an airtel mobile with prepaid connection.

On 2nd of April I recharged it with all india 1rs STD scheme in order to activate 1 rs STD .

However my STD calls were still being charged at older tarrif and when i contacted cusomer care they told me that a scheme bol bol is already activated "I don't have an idea why it is activated "that's why new scheme is not effective. After deactivating that bol bol scheme they told me that my scheme will get effective within 24 hrs.

However even next day it was not activated. When I called cusomer care they said there was a technical problem it would get effective within 24 hrs.

For the PAST THREE DAYS I AM CALLING AIRTEL AND LISTENING that service will be activated within 24 HRS.

and I don't know how long it would take EVEN IT WOULD HAPPEN OR NOT.

or maybe they are hoping i will stop trying because the amount is so negligible "which i guess i would after 3 -4 attempts"

Is AIRTEL SERVICE REALLY THAT BAD??? or I am getting some special treatment
